No. SwipeUp does not require design or editing skills. You can upload videos, link products, and publish them from the dashboard. All player settings are adjusted in the Shopify theme editor. Custom CSS is available but optional.

Analytics & Optimization

What is SwipeUp Analytics and how does it work?
Analytics data in SwipeUp updates in real time. New views, interactions, and sales attributed to videos appear in the dashboard as they occur, without requiring a manual refresh.
Views — how many times videos were played. Watch Time — time customers spent watching. Open Rate — percentage who opened the player. Conversion Rate — how many viewers purchased after interacting. Orders — completed purchases from videos. Revenue — total sales generated. Affected Sales — total sales influenced by videos.
In the Analytics tab, open the date selector at the top. Choose a preset range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30 days) or select custom dates from the calendar. Click Apply and all metrics update to reflect the selected period.
