The Challenge

Homepage Stories — A curated Stories carousel on the homepage featuring new arrivals and best sellers. First-time visitors got an immediate feel for the brand’s style and quality before browsing.
UGC Video Reviews — Veclara encouraged customers to submit video reviews wearing their purchases. These were placed on the relevant product pages using the Feed format. Real customers, real outfits, real social proof.

Results
Within 30 days of going live:
- Conversion rate went from 2.3% to 3.4% — a 48% increase
