Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime during or after the trial.

After your 14-day trial, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using SwipeUp. All your videos and settings will be preserved. If you don't subscribe, videos will stop appearing on your store but nothing is deleted.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the app. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

A view is counted when a visitor plays a video on your store. Page loads where videos are present but not played do not count toward your view limit. If you approach your limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade if needed.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 33% compared to monthly pricing. Toggle to "Yearly" above to see annual prices. All annual plans are billed through the Shopify App Store.

All billing goes through the Shopify App Store. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. We don't handle payments directly — everything is managed securely through Shopify's billing system.
